My fav hotel in Paris, location, facilities and staff is top notch .. keep on coming back there.

The staff were fabulously friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable with the most fabulous shower!

This is not a 5 start hotel. The hotel is really run down, the room was dark, old bed not comfortable and terrible pillows. Great service.

Very clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful. In a wonderful area - tons to see and do and eat and all walkable. This all said, this is not a 5-star hotel as stated - at best it’s a 3-star. Rooms are very small (my husband and I stayed in a Deluxe) - I know it’s Paris and rooms are smaller but I’ve stayed in 10 different hotels in Paris over the years and this was by far the smallest and one of the most expensive. They also turned off the air conditioning for the season which sounds reasonable but some days were well into the 70s and was very warm in the room. They did bring a fan which was helpful but was very uncomfortable sleeping. Also lots of chipped paint, ripped wallpaper, etc - needs some refreshing for sure.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The property is very worn out and dirty. The room is extremely small even by Paris standard.

Nice small boutique hotel in a quiet location

The hotel was incredible! The location was so easy for us. Breakfast was excellent and so convenient. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Loved our stay so much.

This was a stopover stay at the end of a long trip that started in Paris. When we checked in, we were first told the we did not have the connecting ones we had booked and that we’d have to pay for breakfast. After some digging in my records, I showed proof and they put us in correct room. After settling in, my daughter nearly stepped on a straight pin sticking from the carpet and my eldest found shards of broken plastic on the bathroom floor getting ready. The rooms were tired and the bedding was not 5-star. That said, the restaurant had a good breakfast and was very charming. I would not stay here again but it’s not bad if you need a short stop with connecting rooms.

An amazing place that we will certainly return to. Incredible service from Henri, coupled with lovely facilities, and a great location close to Marais, etc. Highly recommend; get the breakfast :)

Located centrally with good bakeries and cafes around it

great room and facilities in a lovely area of paris. our only and main issue is the staff we encountered at breakfast for our last two days. the male server was not very friendly. he did not offer the breakfast menu for us for either of the days despite us having access to it with our room type, nor did he even offer coffee - my partner had to ask for that. we also found out at check out that he included breakfast charges to our room for both those days so he clearly didn't bother to check if we had breakfast included. we also had another charge to our room from the restaurant that we did not authorize/weren't even in the hotel the evening it was charged, so the restaurant could definitely be more organized all in all. front desk staff were friendly and helpful otherwise but it was just a shame that dealing with the all of this at check out left a sour taste.

Misleading! It’s a 3 star hotel! Not a five or even four star.

5 star hotel in a quieter, safe neighborhood, excellent vicinity to public transportation, French Farmers market and boulangerie, as well as other good restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly, supportive and responsive. Room was comfortable, offering all amenities: Chromecast TV, shower and bathtub combo, balcony, room safe, fridge, and Nespresso machine with complimentary water and fresh towels everyday. Hotel featured a full restaurant and bar, and a very top of the line AC unit in the room which kept it nice and cool during the hot summer days we were walking around Paris. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is stunning. The breakfast is likely the best I had in Paris. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the staff were very helpful. I will be back.
