Great sized room with lots of amenities. Only consideration is hearing the highway

Great accomidating staff and amenities. Breakfast very good. Nice out door space. Room very spacious and comfortable.

Great parking

The cleanliness of the sheets and blankets was terrible. The pillows smelled awful—strongly of sweat and with a very unpleasant odor. We booked two double rooms, but they turned out to be suites with only one double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed could not be fully extended because there wasn’t enough space due to the furniture in the room. We had to ask the staff to remove a chair just so we could move around comfortably. On the positive side, Mr. Daniel was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, spotless, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious.

Great, but breakfast was really unhealthy. Lack of fresh fruits and vegetables. Only fried and sweet items on the menu. Not a great way to start your day. Everything else was amazing.

Last minute booking was done , parking and breakfast included , it was priced way better than the rest of the hotels . Smooth check in and check out . Five star for sure for cleanliness . Will definitely come again

La chambre très sale des dizaines de cheveux collés au mur de la douche à la hauteur des yeux donc aucun ménage de fait la céramique de la salle de bain très salle donc j’imagine les draps de lit vraiment j’ai détester j’étais avec 3 enfants je suis reparti après la première nuit …..et si vous avez le sommeil léger l’hôtel est sur le bord de la voie de service les autos motos camion comme si les fenêtres etait ouverte et l’air climatisé fait des clic clics au 10 minutes donc plus jamais

Room and common areas were clean, breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of items. Parking available underground or outdoors which is great. Lovely terrace area with BBQ, good gym and nice pool area. Some areas of the room were a bit dated (curtains, sofa, shower), but everything was very clean. Coffee machine in room didn’t work, but coffee was available in main lounge. My only complaint was the room was somewhat noisy (kids running in the halls past 11pm, some highway 40 noise, room above dropping items on floor late at night), but I’d still recommend for a short stay.

Staff was friendly and Property was clean. Love the underground parking. However, room had a musty smell whe we entered and bathroom floor where shower was, there was some bad caulking and good tell mold was starting to form.

The breakfast is solid and the staff are good at their job, on top of that it is a really clean and well maintained property!

Nice and not crowded. Breakfast is quite good especially it is free.

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff, especially Linda, was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. But the early birds get the worm. I was really looking forward to use the outdoor fireplace but it wasn't functional....The entire hotel was spotless.Overall, we will definitely stay there again.:)

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel is located near airport. Next door is an arcade place if you come with kids. Close to costco. The room is clean, have portable stove, coffee maker and kitchen set but no pan. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Comes with a pool, free breakfast and parking also free.

The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Staff was okay. We stayed for 3 days and they said they will clean after 2 days. The room service came. Literally made our beds. Did not change the sheets. They put in new towels and mopped bathroom and kitchen area. There was garbage in one of the bins when they left. There was garbage on counter like soap cover. The ear plugs box was there but empty. I was very unhappy with it. Then the breakfast was good but man if you go after 8.45 pm there was hardly things. No plates. No spoons or forks or knives. Staff was clearly overwhelmed. There was no waffle making material left. No juice left. I came in at 9 am on the day we checked out and literally all I found was bread and some peanut butter. They should not be running out of stuff. They should know how many people are staying and anticipate the outcome. That was very disappointing and for this very reason I will not be using Hilton again. This is the same complain by other people as well. It’s management issue not a staff issue.

Excellent parking, breakfast and clean rooms. No complaints from this place. Awesome
