Great Hotel, Great location. Friendly Staff very welcoming and polite. The only down side was thw room was like a furnace. Air Con is definatley needed especially on thw hotest weekend of the year. 33 degrees!!

Clean and tidy, lift was VERY small, could not get my scooter in!! Room was modern, thank you for the fan. Reasonable prices for drinks and food, excellent site on Bournemouth Overcliff, easy walk to town.

Lovely hotel beautifully situated with a gorgeous terrace. Staff were immaculate attentive, polite and well trained. Food high quality.

The view from my bedroom window/balcony, was beautiful. The meals in the hotel restaurant were also good. The downsides, however, were: the shower was over the bath, ( no separate cubical, there was nowhere to hang the towel after the shower: ie: no heated towel rail: no dressing gown and slippers in the bedroom. These basic amemities have always been in 4* hotels that I have personally stayed in during my working life.

The rooms was spacious, lots of drawers - small wardrobe. Very clean. Sadly a view of the rubbish bins and an overhanging tree made it very dark. Make sure you aren't given room 124!

Great stay for what we needed it for. Clean, nicely presented and very friendly staff. Parking no problem and everything in walking distance.

First of all, the staff were so lovely - the gentleman that greeted me was so friendly and helpful, he really brought a smile to my face. He was also the person that bid me farewell as I left and was just as pleasant then, leaving me with a really great impression. The room was small, but very clean and totally perfect for a solo traveller like me. I entered through the carpark/street side of the hotel and was totally oblivious to the view out the front of the hotel until the next morning - what a beautiful surprise. The weather was a bit grey and drizzly, but the view out over the sea was really breathtaking - don't miss it! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

We were supposed to be in a Junior Suite - what we got was a double room. Others staying we new were supposed to be in a double room and got what looked like our Junior Suite. Need I say more

Check in was okay but they didn’t seem to readily know that I was a Hotels.com gold member and thus entitled to free parking. The room - with sea view & balcony was nice and comfortable although there was very little wardrobe space for two people. The bathroom was also nice and clean. We had dinner on just one evening of our 3 night stay - haddock chips and peas which was okay but a little bland to be honest. They used to have fillet steak on the menu but alas not for a few years now since when I usually choose to dine elsewhere. The hotel is in a lovely location though and is my preferred choice of hotels in Bournemouth.

Great hotel, has an old school country club feel about it, with lovely grounds to the front overlooking the sea. The night I stayed, there was a fantastic Jazz evening followed by someone playing a few tunes on the babygrand piano (me!). Short walk to the centre and main attractions. Like an oasis in an urban dessert, I cannot recommend it enough. I look forward to a return visit soon.

Lovely hotel and gardens, fab views. Spacious rooms with contemporary bathrooms - loved the Rituals toiletries! Nice location on the East Cliff overlooking the sea

All of the staff were efficient, friendly and professional.They were all a credit to the hotel's owners, in dress and appearance. The hotel's position is one of the best in Bournemouth, slightly set back from the road and unrestricted sea views. Sitting on our balcony was just divine. The hotel is meticulously maintained we will certainly return.

AC didn’t work and there was small fan in the room. The room had a smell. The stuff were nice and helpful
