Parking was a bit of an adventure and it didn't mention that parking was £25 for overnight. Plenty of bars to eat and drink, thought £12 for 2 pepsi was a bit much but it is a fantastic place. Dinner in the grill was exceptionally good and descent price. Breakfast was best £9 each i have ever spent, but book it with booking or it £24 each in hotel. The breakfast had everything you could possible want and every ingredient was of excellent quality. Highly recommend this hotel. We plan to go back now we know the layout will be easier to navigate our way around. The shuttle bus that runs around the grounds was very helpful. Every bar and restaurant were of very high standards and the all the staff were very helpful and polite 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Stayed in the manor house, beautiful building, rooms a little dated and tired but spotlessly clean. A little trek to the main building and car park but overall a lovely experience. Booked again for later in the year but booked to stay in the main hotel.

We visited this hotel for our son’s graduation which was in the icc centre which is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel it self is beautiful inside and out. It’s a big resort with lots of different parts all connected. But it’s a big hotel with a free shuttle bus for guests. But there is some walking needed. There is a parking garage and car park with a charge of £25 a night. The food at the restaurant is delicious in Grill and the breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of fresh fruit and cooked and continental.

Room was nice and clean, but carpet worn in parts. Shower was only a fixed head which I am not keen on. Personal preference but I like one you can adjust height. Staff at reception and concierge very polite and helpful. Need more staff on bar at busy times. Menus a bit limited for me, again personal choice, but a few more simple snack like items would be good.

Our whole stay was disappointing, we upgraded but didn't have the room we payed for, we had to wait ages for another room to come available, wasn't offered any drinks while we waited, after it seemed like forever we had a room which again was disappointing, the food in the olive tree was very disappointing, we asked for water for our table and they brought a tiny glass, which only held a mouthful, but the thing that did it for us was we were charged a £100 holding fee twice, plus another £48 on check out, a week later we still haven't received it back, its safe to say we won't be going back anytime soon ,this was a special occasion my husbands 65 birthday, turned out very disappointing.

What an absolute surprise, we were expecting a small bijou manor house but it was actually part of the main complex. The whole site is pristine and the receptionist staff were amazing throughout. Our rooms were beautiful and the walk to the main building for breakfast was really interesting and merged together the two styles of antique versus modern. The bedrooms were immaculately cleaned and were perfectly cool.. the Elemis toiletries were a real treat! Breakfast was a marathon with so much choice.. it was a huge feast and the service from staff was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. We booked for B&B so we could attend our son's graduation at the ICC. Sadly we only booked for 1 night. We had such an amazing time and were treated like royalty we are definitely going to book a return visit. Highly, highly recommended. 😀

I am extremely disappointed with the car parking arrangement. I was made to remove my car and parked on a mountain hill which is long walk up. Lastly obtaining £50 deposit off me is a joke

Room was very clean, surrounding area was a great walk in the sun and parking was close by. Would stay again when back down in Wales.

Room was very dated, had a musty old smoke smell. The bathroom was in desperate need of renovations. Parts missing from the tap, a weird old dirty attachment randomly stuck to the wall, the bath was marked and scratched (looked very dirty so did not use). Breakfast was an absolute shambles, it was so busy and crowded with no systems in place, there was barely any food left and seemed to be only one person refilling the food station. It was a struggle to get sausage and eggs. 10 minute queue to use the coffee machine and a queue for the toast as only one person was making toast for everyone. Positives - the grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning, staff are really very friendly and welcoming. The pool and leisure facilities are wonderful. Good entertainment in the evening (Saturday night).

AC did not work. Asked at front desk to check it. Was told this could be done remotely. It was a sweaty night as AC not sorted. Leaky seal on shower, bathroom floor with heavy leakage. Beautiful grounds. Pool lovely

At first we were very disappointed that our anticipated stay at The Manor House was cancelled due to renovations being done just then. We were given a very nice room with a view over the course and Christchurch Village and every effort was made to make us happy. We had arrived by train and so on were on foot, but the concierge and the shuttle drivers were very kind, helping us to accomplish all that we had planned for our two days there. Breakfasts were bountiful and delicious…there was everything we could imagine to choose from. Although it’s a very large hotel, we were so impressed by how all the staff make a guest feel welcomed and cared for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was impossible to get service in the bar and when eventually I got a waitress they had stopped serving meals and just had sandwiches. They also charge £15 for up to 12 hours in the outside car park.

The staff were excellent throughout, extremely friendly and helpful. The service is also excellent in both the restaurants and bars. There are quite a few activities on-site, including archery and adventure golf. The only negative is the fact that you are expected to pay for parking, despite staying at the hotel.

Celtic Manor is an exceptionally fantastic location, only previously been for work events I took the weekend with my wife for my birthday and had a chance to have a relaxing spa weekend unfortunately didn't get to hit the golf there is definitely plenty to do here. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the food was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to visit from family to couples, looking forward to my next visit keep up the great work.
