Great location-very centrally located and walkable to most of the city attractions. Rooms are nice size and recently refurbished. Our bathroom was extra roomy and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.

The Staff were very good, the breakfast was Ok - very nice bread rolls - though offerings were not extensive and coffee pretty weak. Unfortunately the restaurant did not exist as advertised which is one reason I booked it. It was in a very good location though.

My room was very and well appointed with amenities that were useful. The staff was super helpful and breakfast buffet had everything to eat a satisfying meal. I would recommend to stay in this cute boutique hotel for its location, cleanliness and very kind people.

I did not end up staying at the property. The room I booked was not represented by the photos that were on hotels.com. The room was extremely disappointing, very bare, old, mattress very thin. I arrived late at night so there was no one to help me after check in. I returned the next morning to return the physical key and the hotel refused to refund me as I had checked in. The manager was very rude, Hotels.com was also not helpful with obtaining a refund.

First of all, I will say that the service was impeccable, from Kamal delivering us to our rooms, to the front desk always greeting us with a smile. When I saw my room, I was ecstatic. It was the ultimate "princess" room, utterly feminine with upholstered cabinet doors and a stunning bathroom with a large tub for soaking. A king-size bed (luxurious and oh-so-comfy) and a sitting area with a love seat and 2 chairs. Just lovely. But... I found out the next day that my headboard was against the elevator wall, and I could hear every movement of the elevator from 6:30 a.m. when breakfast started, and throughout the day. It did wake me up my first 2 days there. The second day, I flipped around so my head was at the foot of the bed, and I was able to get back to sleep. My one complaint about the tub was more for my traveling companion, who was 79 years old and who had the room next to mine. While I found the tub luxurious, she found it anxiety inducing. The tub was high, with very difficult to navigate for an older person. She was terrified of falling. While there is room to sit and swing your legs over, the height of the tub was such that she had to slide off onto the floor and hope the mat didn't slip beneath her feet. Breakfast was adequate, and the bar on the main level was a great place to unwind after a day of exploration, which we did each night. On our last night, we were offered 2 highly discounted tickets to a concert at Stephansdom. Heaven!
