The hosts Papa-san and Mama-san are very welcoming and hospitable so I wish I had stayed longer. They used translation app to communicate and gave me directions for my destination. The hall feels very rustic, cozy and warm, and the tatami rooms are spacious. I think if I come to see Fuji-san again, I will come back to stay here. There is a park nearby with a great view.

Honestly, this was one of the best guesthouse experiences I’ve ever had in Japan. Lodge Stack Point is like a little slice of heaven tucked away in the mountains. The biggest highlight for me was definitely Papa-san and Mama-san. They are the absolute sweetest owners and have such a positive, welcoming energy. They went above and beyond to help me with everything, from translating things to making Japanese phone calls for me and giving the best local recommendations. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Even prepared some fruits for us in the morning. The place itself is so cozy and peaceful, exactly what you need after a long tiring day in Fuji area. Everything was clean, and it just felt like being at home. If you're visiting fuji and looking for a quiet spot with amazing hospitality, you have to stay here.

What a gem! The hosts are so so wonderful, you are in good hands here. The house is in walking distance to onsen, beautiful shrine and temple, konbini, and a short drive to Fujiten Ski Resort. You will get perfect views of Mt. Fuji in this area! Wow!

Papa son and momma son were warming welcoming. They took excellent care of us during our visit, giving us directions and suggestions of what to do. Their hospitality is the best I have ever experienced and it is genuine.

Small, pleasant rooms and a comforting environment, this place makes you feel like part of a family. The hosts are very kind and accommodating, make delicious breakfast, and are wonderful with conversation.
