Clean room nice hotel

The breakfast was top notch! Our room met our requests. Parking, location and access...all good. The only (minor) concerns/complaints we had was that upon entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of excess cleaner and the lighting in the bathroom on the dim side. We asked front desk if they had an air purifier to maybe help with the strong smell, but they had none. Good news is the smell dissipated after awhile.

Stay was good. Here are the things I wish I knew before booking: Staff was great. Extra blankets were just small single duvets with no cover, scratchy and uncomfortable with little black flakes that shook out once unfolded. Breakfast was small. They had hot options(eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, waffles), or toast and cereal. No bagels, no pastries, no greek yogurt (although advertised), no fruit except bananas. Coffee was gross (my opinion). It would be a great hotel if the price reflected its amenities but overall its definitely overpriced for what you get.

There should be an another mirror where the beds are for people to use when the bathroom is being occupied

Clean nice room good staff

All in all the room was very clean and comfy. The only negatives we had were that our remote for the TV didnt work to well and that the pool was not all that relaxing, but the pool is public so i can not compain to much. The continetal breakfast was delicous! Would definately be staying again!

The most comfortable stay in Edmonton. The hotel is very clean and the staff outstanding. They even have a water filter in the room. The breakfast should have more options, but the kindness of the staff makes up for it. We’ll return to this lovely hotel.

Good spot to stay for a night

Rooms spacious and decorated nicely

Room was spacious and clean. Close to busy street and could get loud but we always bring a fan for white noise at night. Husband enjoyed the breakfast options and coffee/tea throughout the day. All in all, it was a great stay.

Booked this hotel to accommodate our family of 6 in one room. The room was crazy small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at with the same sleeping arrangements. ( 2 beds and a pull out bed) Pool is basic, shared with another hotel, towels almost always empty. This hotel somehow had no extra towels for us (stocked 4 in our room only). Breakfast was better than expected! We could hear every movement from the people above us. Overall, got the job done but nothing special

I would stay at this hotel again and again. The staff are lovely, the property is incredibly well kept and the breakfast is superb! We were able to check in early with no problems and the host was kind enough to provide us with a free room upgrade as we requested a room on the ground floor. This place is 10/10!

The pool hot tub was out of order, and the gym was decent. But the room was excellent with kitchenette, microwave, and fridge. The lobby offered free late afternoon relaxation hour wine, coolers, and snacks. The morning breakfast was great, with a chef to make fresh eggs to order.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice comfy place to stay! the staff was wonderful, the main area, breakfast area was so nice and clean! breakfast was so good and nicely set up, the pool was fun! We loved the room, it was so comfy and clean, really appreciated the amenity’s in the room! i will absolutely be staying here in the future :)
