Quality desk and restaurant service. Although a short stay ,staff was Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Quite nice hotel and with pleasant staff. It was short trip of a few day but it’s clean and has a fantastic and included hot buffer breakfast The only spoiler for me was that we requested as late check out and were advise that yes no problem you can have an additional 20 mins lol. Pathetic really given that check out was already an hour earlier than normal at 11am with a 3pm check in. They could train their staff better on this subject as would be best to say that there’s no late checkouts instead of this insult.

I was arrived to hotel to check-in around 1 pm which was about 2 hrs, however the front desk didn't let me to check in cause it was early, however it was a low season and hotel was so much quiet enough though . I do recognize their policy for checking time, however front desk lady was lied that the room was already in process of cleaning by room service (which was nothing but a big tricky lie)

Being that I was there on business and it was December, I was not able to enjoy the pool. The staff however, was couldn't have been more accomodating. They had a packed hotel on New Years Eve, a big party with excellent buffet, free wine at the tables and free champagne at midnight. A DJ that played music well into the morning. I'm from California and met people from several counties. The other hotel guests were also very friendly. Totally enjoyed my stay. The 2 twin beds pushed together with another single bed in the room was a bit odd,

Very well priced accommodation. Excellent children’s pool but deeper main pool restricted older children. Rooms well serviced but had a couple of minor maintenance issues e.g. shower head holder loose on wall, no bath plug. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast well presented, other food and drink a little limited but great value. Easy access to city centre and beach only a few minutes away by car.

We went back for 2 more nights. I'd recommend the hotel for anyone wanting to visit Alexandroupoli as it is a bit out of the hub-bub of the city with easy access to the Egnatia highway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed. The food, breakfast, dinner, snack, etc was always top notch. The pool seemed to be enjoyable as the kids were having a ball. I didn't take a lot of photos of the property but breakfast was a welcome surprise with good a selection that should satisfy most expectations.

The air-conditioning system is dated and makes quite a lot of noise when functioning

The hotel is located a little far from downtown but is surrounded by trees. There is an outdoor pool and a useful large parking. The property is very calm and nice. The staff is kind and helpful. You can have breakfast in the restaurant and guests can also have supper and dinner. Good value for money.

The hotel is near a motorway but it has a large parking. There is a station of public transport close to the property. Clean rooms, helpful and kind personnel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and guests can have lunch and dinner for extra charge. Well maintained property, marble everywhere. Rich breakfast included in the room rate, food is supplied regularly by the personnel. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator. Rooms are supposed to be equipped with slippers but guests often need to go to reception to ask for them.
