The room window faced a wall and it was next to the elevator. Also there was a separate fee of $16.50 for parking. Outside that it was an alright stay

The room was clean and the staff were amazing! So helpful and informative which was greatly appreciated. The location was close to everything and the view of the river was a nice added touch. I would definitely stay here again

The room was exceptionally clean, great blackout bline so we could seelp in a bit later. It was also very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location downtown close to many restaurants, pubs and the convention center.

Just what we needed, great room, great time thank you!

Sliding barn door to washroom needed to be fixed, main door to suite would not shut, room service did not supply cutlery for toast and jam.

The staff was very courteous and efficient when we needed something brought to our room. There was no wait time. They brought it right up. Unlike the last hotel we stayed at we waited 10 minutes. Still didn’t get it. The room was excellent spotless. I would stay there again.
