A lovely welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a nice included perk with wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room l was in was clean and tidy, no window but was there to sleep . Breakfast was good and plentiful. I parked on the 4th floor and was okay. The Staff was great and my big thank you goes to the female staff member who found my glasses on the table after l went for a walk around 5pm

Excellent room - breakfast buffet and great staff

Again I had to ”book” a breakfast time the day before. I definitely don’t like this bad habit of hotels in Umeå… When I ask why they do it they say its for the staffs best. Guests obviously have to help the hotel managers with their planning. I am a paying guest and I’m there on holidays and I want to sleep until I wake up and eat when I feel for it.

Loved the sauna at the top floor.

Room was comfortable and larger than expected. It's still strange having a hotel room with no window though.

Great stay, great staff that was very helpful. Breakfast was great. I was in a room with no windows, best sleep I got so far. I would book it again.

Bra säng, bra frukost

Allt mycket bra igen detta var vår andra natt denna vecka då vi återkom efter några dagar på resa. Kanonläge mitt i stan, bra rum, bra frukost, trevlig personal. Rekommenderar hotellet. Det enda negativa var parkering i garaget i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Hotellet har många parkeringsplatser på fjärde våningen i garaget och det går inte att förbokas vilket är negativt. När vi kom till hotellet så säger dom att alla platser är upptagna men trotsxdet så räknade vi till 9 tomma platser med deras logga på och klockan var då 21.30. Märkligt tyckte vi.

Alt var bra, men rom uten vindu er litt klaustrofobisk
