The room l was in was clean and tidy, no window but was there to sleep . Breakfast was good and plentiful. I parked on the 4th floor and was okay. The Staff was great and my big thank you goes to the female staff member who found my glasses on the table after l went for a walk around 5pm

Excellent room - breakfast buffet and great staff

Again I had to ”book” a breakfast time the day before. I definitely don’t like this bad habit of hotels in Umeå… When I ask why they do it they say its for the staffs best. Guests obviously have to help the hotel managers with their planning. I am a paying guest and I’m there on holidays and I want to sleep until I wake up and eat when I feel for it.

Loved the sauna at the top floor.

Room was comfortable and larger than expected. It's still strange having a hotel room with no window though.

Great stay, great staff that was very helpful. Breakfast was great. I was in a room with no windows, best sleep I got so far. I would book it again.

Trevligt centralt hotell med bra frukost och sängar. Personalen trevlig. Svårigheter med parkering.

Hotell i fin standard, med bra centralt läge och god, ingående, frukost! Dessutom möjlighet att ladda elbil till förmånligt pris i parkeringsgarage i samma byggnad som hotellet. Rekommenderas!

Kahden hengen huone oli hyvin siisti. Aamiainen monipuolinen, mutta aamiaispaikan siisteydessä kohentamisen varaa. Astioiden palautus asiakkaiden itsensä toimesta voisi olla paremmin infottu esim.jokaisessa pöydässä
