Excelente lugar, muy bien ubicado, atención excelente, muchos servicios extras dentro en el hotel, al rededor hay de todo y muy cerca. Volvería sin duda.

Very nice hotel close to Baquedano street

Drcent, clean, and an excellent price. Otherwise uninspiring, but as the name implies, it"s for travellers on a budget. Close to the waterfront, but a fair distancr ftom most of the attractions of interest to tourists.

Do you feel *too* comfortable when traveling? This is the place for you! It’s very cramped, made worse by the fact that the furniture is nailed down and there are no drawers or closets to put things away. The air fresheners in the hall are very strong, and it’s hard to sleep at night with car alarms going off pretty much all night. It works, but I wouldn’t come back, even at a budget price point.

Good located. Good cleaness. Seems to be new building

When I checked in the employee at the front desk tried to charge my credit card, and I had to tell her three times that the reservation was already paid before she listened to me. The room didn't have a phone as specified in the reservation, and so when they didn't change my towels I had to go down to reception in person to request new ones since they didn't answer the phone number provided. They did get me checked in early, and the room was clean but a bit run down. I had to request to talk to a manager three times before I got to talk to someone about the problems mentioned above as well as problems with the breakfast buffet. Overall the staff was nice, but the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Espacio muy limitado, baño sin ventilación pequeño y estrecho. Cafetería automático mala, personal limitado solo al pago, sin citófono o teléfono para comunicarse con la recepción no lo recomiendo si vas de vacaciones.

Mala recepción, los alimentos del desayuno se acaban antes del horario, toallas hediondas y sucias

Café da manhã bom e bom completo. O quarto é bem simples e tem uma disposição diferente, que até funciona. Funcionários muito simpáticos.
