The staff were lovely and upgraded us to a nearby apartment as we were there for a week

Exvellent value for money, good location for harbour area and good fee parking close by.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, noisy, cramped, outdated.

Nice hotel near the beach, good for short time stays. What I didnt like was that an hour before my arrival, the hotel charged my card even though I chose the option to pay at the property.

Good placement by the fisher port of Gandia with the typical and tourist services. Free park in the same area. Peaceful to walk. Hugo Beach is aligned with the two stars category.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only things that stopped us giving excellent reviews was noise from other visitors and the size of the shower. overall we enjoyed or stay.

When we checked in we were handed a single blue towel each, a remote control and a key to the room!. We opened the door of the room and the smell of stale smoke was disgusting. We couldnt turn on the lights because the electricity was switched off at the wall! We had to figure out how to turn it on. The covers on the bed although laundered still had old stains on them which was very off putting. The furniture was well worn but the room was clean. The receptionist was a young gentlemen wearing a t shirt and ripped jeans and was happy to stand outside the front door smoking. But he was very friendly.

Good staff and clean rooms, no insulation so you hear everything, fire alarm went off several times during nights

No sound isolation, you can hear everything through the walls, fire alarm 3-4 times some nights due to people smoking in the rooms. Clean rooms and very friendly staff
