El agua no salía caliente , y los inquilinos alrededor hicieron un ruido espantoso desde las 6 am los pisos del Pasillo sucios.

The room was fine, very clean and spacious. However, I can’t slept by the noises of the neighbors and in hallways.

**This hotel is above in the same building as a bus terminal** To enter the hotel you walk through the bus terminal waiting room. The picture of the exterior of the hotel is where the busses are parked and pick up passengers. You can hear bus noises and hallway noise. Breakfast is a voucher to eat at the bus terminal waiting area. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pictures or breakfast are not what is offered. The positives are that the room is very clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly as well.

The hotel staff, rooms, were as expected, clean, sanitized & comfy - our only complaint was the breakfast offered - opened 1/2 hour after designated time, person in charge didn’t even acknowledge us even after we asked for coffee- breakfast was extremely minimal and after we finished our meal coffee was finally served :( We would still rate hotel as a 10 and would stay there again but go out elsewhere for breakfast

Servicios adecuados, solo el olor en habitación como si tuviera varios día cerrada, intuyo porque no fluye mucho el aire externo. Ubicación muy adecuada cercana al centro histórico y rutas de transporte publico. Desayuno incluye solo fruta y café, pero afuera en los alrededores muy buenas opciones para desayunar.

Muy bueno por su precio. Todo limpio y en buen estado. Incluye desayuno, sorprendentemente bueno! Un poco de ruido en el cuarto por la cercanía a la avenida. Volveré y lo recomiendo.

Muy accesible la ubicación del hotel, cuenta con estacionamiento. Cómodo, limpio y el desayuno que incluye está rico. Me parece excelente en relación calidad-precio.
