Clean room, great location. I stayed here only two weeks prior and had a great experience. In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury. I was quite annoyed that they changed their check-in time policy have refused to honor the old one that was only

Well organised hotel with everything butthere is no frigobar in the regular roo, they wanna charge extra for that.

Nice small room very clean with modern bright colors. The location was very good for our purpose and the price was great. Checking in was a little like applying to the Secret Service. Many questions, address, identification it seemed a little bit too much.

The hotel is good that is my second time over there, and will return again when be back at Belém city

Nada além do padrão Ibis Budget. Café da manhã bom, porém caro! Destaque positovo para o estacionamento e máquina de água.

O hotel é bem localizado, limpo, mas com quartos muito pequenos e não recomendo contratar o café da manhã. Nos arredores tem opções mais em conta.

Quarto limpo, funcionários gentis, só faltava tapioca no café, e manga, na terras das mangueiras 😂
