We got to the office at 5:50pm, the office was already closed when the site says it closes at 6pm. If My wife hadn’t had a sim card, I would not have been able to communicate with them to check in. The links they sent through expedia do not work, payments couldn’t be made, and I had to go to Marbella from San Pedro to check in and pay. Better map of the property would be helpful, was lost trying to find the apartment. The couch was extremely dirty it needed some steam cleaning. Other than that I enjoyed my stay, convenient location and beautiful area. It’s a great place, loved it but check in process horrible

We love Aqua apartments, we have visited several times now and love every visit. The apartments are clean, comfortable and spacious. The check in/out process is efficient and easy and staff are always so welcoming and helpful with an enquiries we had.

The apartment was spacious and clean, staff were amazing in the office and super helpful. Pool was basic but good, sunlounges were available and what more do you need. Excellent and would defo visit again..

Accommodation is very modern and clean. Excellent AC, lovely balcony. Communication was great. Pool towels were provided for guests. The pool was shared but we were usually the only ones there so no fighting for loungers. Easy walk to the promenade with restaurants, bars and beach loungers. Also close to the bus stop where you can easily access surrounding areas. We never visit the same place twice but said we’d definitely consider coming back here in the future!

This is a great property, communication was easy. A deposit is required on arrival which was returned very quickly. Ensure to read the rules book to avoid annoying charges if you don't put the rubbish out. Parking was additional. Overall great stay.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Mini Market close by. About 10 minute walk to coast where there is beautiful boardwalk along the shore.

Apartment had everything you need for short stay. Excellent position in town. Parking bit scary to manoeuvre as narrow turns to exit

Property was large spacious and clean. Bed was large. Checking in easy. Only downfall sun loungers round pool we’re all broken and worn.

I would stay again. Excellent. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, adequate kitchen and patio. Plus we has a large rooftop deck. Price was reasonable. 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and 1 hour drivr to Gibraltar and the ferry to Ceuta in Africa.

Loved it!!]! Modern, spacious and clean. It had everything. They just forgot to leave coffee pods for the coffee machine.
