I almost didn’t get in due to I cant present a physical ID, they wont even let me give a soft copy of my ID. This requirement is not posted on Hotels.com Also a £50 deposit is required. A promise of a 24H refund for the deposit but never happened.

Good hotel, attentive staff, convenient location close to cruise ship terminal

Nice central location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Service in the restaurant left a little to be desired.

Very old. The bathroom was awful. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Shower door didn't open or close. Very disappointed. The manager was nice and offered 20% refund but only gave 10% back

Great place to stay prior to boarding a cruise. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at Winnie’s restaurant was excellent but for dinner or snacks they did not have most of the things on the limited menu.

Stayed one night before getting on a cruise. Family of four in a loft room. Locations was great lots of restaurants nearby and 5 minutes to the port.

Relatively good stay here, comfortable and quiet. The floors were not so clean. At one point my daughters white socks were black!!

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Hotel was near the port and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room was spacious. Check-in was quick and front desk was anttentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everyone was polite, kind, pleasant, and helpful.

The room was spacious and we loved the convenience of the kitchenette, the large bathroom, and on-site laundry facilities. We also enjoyed the park across the street and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The only downside was limited parking availability.
