Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent location near the train station. No lifts but staff helped carry my bags. Toilet had a unique flushing mechanism but did flush well once you understood what to do. Shower itself was a bit small but good water pressure, soap and fluffy towels. Old fashioned hairdryer which was a bit fiddly to use. Nice balcony and blackout shutters and good air conditioning. No amenities such as shampoo/conditioner or water but could get cold water in reception.

A great stopover after arriving at Pisa airport in the evening and prior to catching the train to Firenze the next morning. It’s basic but clean and very close to the railway station. It’s the second year we have stayed here.

This is a lovely hotel, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean with a large sky TV, coffee maker and air con. There was ample storage if you are staying more than 1 night and it is perfectly situated near to the railway station and approx. 25 min walk to the leaning tower.

Receptionist was polite and helpful. Bathroom was very tight to get in and out. Overall for one night and closeness to the train station was great.

Lovely, friendly hotel right by the station and close to town. Comfortable bed and quiet. Shower a bit tight, but otherwise we loved it. Very welcoming.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great for our stay. We did day trips to Cinque Terre and Florence, and it was great to be steps away from train station.

Great location, 1 minute from the train station from which you can travel to Florence, Livorno, Lucca etc. and close to bus stops. Very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Cold in the room (heating turned off at night) but you can use air conditioning for heating. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

I booked a single room, and it was really small. There was no complimentary water or proper shower gel, just a small sachet the size you get as ketchup in McDonalds. The smoke detector kept me awake all night, because it flashed light Green continuously and it was very bright. Reception close about 9.30, so can’t really tell anyone. The tv had no sky input source, so I just read my book. The was room 218. The bed wasn’t comfortable, as it leans to one side. The staff were great. Will I stay here age, it’s a no.

It was clean, but very basic. Barely any towels, staff didn’t seem to want to help; they didn’t seem to care. When you walk into the room and compare to the pictures online, it’s almost unrecognizable. It’s extremely small, amenities were not as described. The bathroom doorway was falling apart. Hotel didn’t seem prepared at all for guests - e.g. AC wasn’t on, barely any bedding, only sheets with no comforter. Blackout shades didn’t work. It was located near the train station and not far from the airport which was a plus.

Close to train station. During summer month August I felt it was too hot in my room. I was dripping sweating. Outside is 32 degrees!
