Be careful the hotel isint in a safe area. Our rental car parked front the hotel has been vandalizes vavandalizedvandalized!

Simple, budget hotel. Clean with a comfortable bed, not much else. Toilet room can be a challenge if you're taller than 6'2 :) Basically what one would expect, no more no less. For a one or two night budget stay, it's perfect.

Rooms were nice but staff upon checkin were very weird. Just before they gave us our room key, the manager randomly said “pay us 85 dollars”, without explanation and even though the room was pre paid. We obviously said no, and then they just said okay and gave us our key - very strange. They were also very confusing about the 19% VAT tax, trying to quiz us on if we had paid it and if we needed to pay it, even though we are exempt as foreigners that meet the rest of the criteria.

The room is tiny and bed was super noisy but breakfast (extra cost) was above average. No transport offered but uber is $5,000 CLP

Habitacion muy pequeña y peligrosa, camas incomodas como camarote de barco, escritorio dininuto, por espacio ni siquiera de puede usar la silla, sin closet, perro durmiendo en sillones de lobby y en el restaurante acosando mientras uno cena. Poco o nada de cortesia en recepción y algunas garzonas.

5 stars considering the price. The rooms are tiny, which I'm guessing is the difference between the Budget and regular Ibis. But if you don't mind being somewhat cramped for a night or two, this place is clean and has everything you'd expect from a fine chain hotel.

Secure parking. Great supermarket across the street. Good breakfast.

Cheap and cheerful, easy check in and out. Clean room and no complaints!

Needed to overnight before picking up my rental car to head to the Atacama so I was only there for about 9 hours. Breakfast good. In fact, I have stayed in an Ibis before-you know what you get-clean/modern microtel that is hassle free.

My stay at this hotel was a miserable experience. It took close to an hour to be checked in - staff was incompetent with low degree of service. Changed rooms three times dues to broken air conditioners, dirty room, various other issues. The lobby itself had dripping water on its customers. It took hours to get the situation somewhat resolved finally by begging for a manager. Was unwilling to wait the 4 hours for Expedia to assist. You can't put lipstick on a pig to make the pig nicer - that is like this hotel.

everything is ok, except the bedroom temperature, is very freeze and the lack of clean kit (shampoo, soap, etc.)

It was clean, bright and fresh, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good; however, whilst recognising it is a budget hotel the room and particularly the toilet were just too small to be comfortable - a very tight fit!
