What an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel was unhygienic and poorly managed, with absolutely no regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality standards.
The room and bathroom had a strong, unbearable garlic odour. Despite calling reception several times, staff merely sprayed a room freshener, and the smell never went away. This is not a solution—it reflects poor cleanliness and maintenance.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the early morning, despite the cold weather. I was travelling with small children, and this caused significant discomfort. When we requested hot water, we were initially given just one bucket for six people. After repeated follow-ups, the remaining buckets arrived 45 minutes later, by which time everyone had already suffered through the cold. The iron to press the clothes they provided was not safe
This level of service is unacceptable. I travel from overseas and expect at least basic hygiene and responsiveness, which this hotel completely failed to provide. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will also be requesting the relevant authorities to inspect the property for compliance and safety standards.
