Large stain on the bed throw and on curtain that would be impossible to not notice. Didnt eat at hotel so cant comment on the food. When checking out was asked how was your stay, i replied it was just ok. No follow up questions asked by receptionist. Felt it lacked in customer service. On other hand conceriege team where friendly and helpful.

Didn’t have breakfast Hotel room was comfortable nowhere to park suitcase no book to tell me about the hotel apparently everything on line now as I and my wife are over 80 we found it difficult

Have stayed before and loved our stay but a few house keeping issues this time needed to be brought to the attention of reception. One of the shower doors was completely off the rail, made it more awkward for using and one of the mugs had a coffee stain in the bottom but had been set up as clean. Overall though,nice hotel and warm, food is always lovely but the bar is very expensive.

Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Central. Staff were extremely friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Room was good breakfast in morning had to queue no seats and wait quite a bit

The hotel was fine but the service in the bar was terrible 20 minutes waiting for a drink and our drinks sitting at the bar. The Reception staff were 100%

Excellent staff and especially the concierge. Lovely roof top titanic cocktail. Only negative were the olives at the bar.

A beautiful stay. The room was gorgeous, with a breathtaking view of the city. We especially enjoyed the observatory bar with the most beautiful menu of cocktails, enjoyed in a relaxing setting. The onsite concergie parking service was a special touch. A five star stay, which hopefully won’t be our last! Thank you

I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in the Grand Central over the past few years, and every single time we go to check in 2e hear 'have you stayed with us before?' In previous hotels we have stayed in befote the Grand Central opened we always felt the personal touch, they had our booking history and email on their system and knew that we were good customers. There doesnt seem to be that personal touch with the Grand Central and thats something we feel is missing.

Check in, quick and efficient. Great size room, spotlessly clean. Overall, a great hotel in a great location.

Great location friendly staff and comfortable room

Stale popcorn in bar, no half bottles of champagne available. Poor service. Room was comfortable and clean but certainly not 5 star fittings. Lift sequencing terrible. Check in was efficient and pleasant. Excellent Canadian Concierge.
