Location is near the train station and walkable. Staff is nice and friendly and the dinner and breakfast include is amazing. The baths are fully private and you have to wait your turn if they are occupied but you can check the status from a webpage.

Incredible onsen, gorgeous town, nice staff, delicious breakfast buffet, and the outdoor onsen was a little slice of heaven. I wish I booked our stay for longer, I already want to go back!!!! I highly recommend this onsen to everyone, please go stay the night for a beautiful experience!

Nice little hotel

My bathroom wasn't located on same floor, so it was less convenient but no big deal. I love their private hot tubbing system. I was able to try three different hot tubbing room out of five . That's pretty good for two nights stay. Breakfast was well-balanced Japanese and Western style menus. The lady who helped me at check out on my last day was very friendly. Sorry I didn't get her name. She had eye glasses. She took time to get to know me and even listened my small talk. She just made me very comfortable and I was happy to stay the inn. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this place. Location is very close to the Yufuin bus terminal or Yufuin train station, approximately 5 minute walk. Also it was located on the main street so it was very easy to find the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was well prepared and seemed like authentic home style japanese cuisine, which was very nice and taste was good as well. I especially liked the private hot spring tub in our room. Would definitely recommend and revisit in the future.

we enjoyed full course with really good quality of service. They have really good chef and they are not cookie cutter type of menu. Bath is amazing. You can go in any of them and check if they are occupied or not, and we went 3 times a day! Tried all different types.

Location: Good, you can walk in less than 10min from the train station. The room: Frosted window facing the outside and the corridor. Not curtain, always had a light shining from both directions. The bed is uncofortable having a crack in the middle. Noisy. The 'spa': Unable to use it since it is by 'reservation' and it was always busy.

Excellent dinner and breakfast - Half-board a must! Having a private Onsen was wonderful. Choose the Sumi room.

Service is Excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. The Kaiseki dinner is super delicious. The private Onsen is great. However, the guest room is a bit old and no private toilet in the room which is a bit inconvenient.

I really enjoyed the dinner and hot spring, but i couldn't use the outdoor hot spring. becuase it was alwayse in use from other guests.. so I'd could only use a small one

Amazing onsen and food. We had a nice stay. Wish they accept credit cards for additional payments after the stay.

It is near Yufuin station to go sightseeing. The staff is very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner are delicious.

福岡の仕事前に、静養も兼ねて伺いました。出される料理はどれもおいしく、朝食は素晴らしかった。普通のホテルにない雰囲気を感じました、早朝出発のためレストランも開始前にこっそりと開けていただき美味しいカレーをいただくことができました。ゆっくりできました。
