The room was the most spacious room I've seen in all my travels to Japan. There was enough room to lay my suitcase down and still be able to walk around without having to move it. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent; it's a good distance between the train station and tourist areas.

Starbucks/ coffee shop on the first floor was a great way to start your morning. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and of good size

The hotel was kept clean despite its age, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast had good variety of choice (and there’s Starbucks in the lobby). Room arrangement however wasn’t user friendly - seems they added a work desk recently but the location of desk and chair are too close to the edge of bed and gets in the way, I ended up moving the chair to the corner of the room so I don’t walk in

Quick response and polite staff while check in. He sincerely introduced us a restaurant for beef which is excellent. The room is clean.

The staff is amazing. The place is quiet, despite how busy it is because it’s in the heart of the part of Morioka you want to be.

Room is comfortable. Parking charges is more than the 800yen/day stated in hotel site. Guest has to pay the additional hourly parking charges from 3pm - 6pm before the day charges kicks in.

No ventilation at all - very stuffy in the room. The air-conditioning did not work at all. When we complained, reception simply told us air-conditioning is not available in this season. But they gave us no warning when we checked in, and clearly it wasn't just the lack of air conditioning - no air was coming out from the air vent at all. We could open the window, but the street noise made it impossible to sleep. We booked 2 rooms, and we all had the same problem. I've never left such a bad review, but do not book this hotel.

Exceptional spacious room with a super comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with well stocked amenities. Central location close to shopping and dining options. Easy walk from the train station. Will happily return ❤️

Good location and excellent hotel for 1 or 2 night stay in Morioka. Love the bed and layout of the room.

Pleasant and efficient check in, although there was a strange smell in lobby. Room clean and good size. However, A/C set to its lowest rating achieved nothing. This made room hot and uncomfortable and spoilt the stay. The weather was not as hot as it could be, so goodness know what it would be like in peak summer. Breakfast was good, and slightky varied each day. Staff at breakfast pleasant and efficient. No English language tv channels, neither did there seem to be any Japanese news channels. Car parking was not clear - maybe hotel has deal with nearby car park where they eeimburse you, but would be good if this could be clearly explained on their website. Anyway, I found a nearby car park which was 500y between 17:00 and 09:00. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a decent hotel, and would have given it a much better review if ac was working properly.
