We were there less than 24 hours. They only gave us one towel to share. Shortly after we arrived, a hotel employee used his key card to come into our room without knocking or announcing himself. Lastly, I had to shower without hot water. Not the best time.

Always a good stay, does exactly what it needs to

It was lovely for my stopover for one evening. Comfy bed double. Unfortunately no bedside table. Breakfast ok.

I had a microwave, fridge, safe and TV in the room, should I have needed them. The room was clean and spacious. Outside there was lots of parking. Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel does everything you need it to, stayed many times and will continue to stay. Staff are super helpful and always welcoming.

Surprisingly wonderful, understated quiet and relaxed. Inexpensive hotel but genuine. Close to Gatwick but in countryside with plenty of wildlife.

i come and say around gatwick for 2 or 3 nights a week,this sort of accomodation for me is great a single room very reasonable tele microwave fridge iron and ironing board .coffee,tea milk kettle soap and shower gel clean and quiet .nice to sit outside and watch the rabbits

pictures were slightly different to the actual rooms themselves, the breakfast was 2-3 of 5 stars as hash browns tasted frozen, my egg was slightly raw on top. the room was really warm but pretty clean and cozy. overall i'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. would stay again, staff were very friendly to.

Good stay, friendly staff

Great place have stayed here previously. Unfortunately the room at the top of the house was literally like a sauna all night. Windows closed on arrival and radiator on. Temp daytime was 33! Lovely manager and staff.

Great location for Gatwick Airport and good reception staff. Unfortunately the hotel bedroom door lock was faulty, requiring staff to break the door lock to get access. I was then given a different room that had a torn carpet and a bathroom door that didn't close.

The reception staff were very welcoming on my arrival. There was ample disabled parking right outside the entrance. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean , however there were somethings that were broken one of the side tables and a bed lamp were not working . And also the window was jammed so was unable to open

Some confusion as hotel.com site seemed to indicate they have breakfast but not clear it's an extra charge and needs to be booked so we left without any. We were delayed at baggage drop so didn't arrive until 11:07 but the hotel managed that for us. As a result of the late arrival and early departure it's not possible to accurately rate against the categories but we mark on what we saw and experienced. We would definately stay again.

Place is just amazing. Close to Crawley Gatwick. And it's just brillant. Rooms are fully equipped n beds comfy. Immaculate clean fresh. Great warm welcome. Outside is just as amazing as the inside highly highly recommend. You are guaranteed to return time again n again. I know i will be. Truly great place n brillant price to. You will not want to stay anywhere else. Excellent

To be honest I wasn't going to write his review but I will now I booked 2 nights stay in the hotel upon arriving I was very alarmed as it looks abandoned over grown dirty very bad then I went around the front even worse went to reception And was told that I wouldn't be able to leave the hotel the next morning between 8am/11.15 am due to Gatwick marathon then they to me to the room I have got to say l live in hotels 6days a week this was the worst I'd ever seen tiny dubble bed it stinks rotten very unclean not what was in photo very miss leading I paid the hotel upfront on Expedia I didn't stay and the hotel didn't and won't refund me I urge anyone who is thinking of staying NOT TO ITS A DUMP
