The hotel provided free flow of drinks and some snacks at the lobby area daily. There are even pajamas given in the room. There are also umbrellas placed outside the hotel to borrow. Walking distance to Tokyo Station.

Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station is close to the station. There's a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart nearby. If you're tired, you can relax in the lobby before heading to your room. There's a selection of drinks and sweets available for you to choose from. The rooms are large and clean, and the service is excellent.

I stayed with my family in 2 rooms with a connecting door. Even though I requested the connecting room after I finished the booking, the staff was very helpful and still fulfilled my request. There are additional amenities at the lobby. They also have a free tea and coffee machine at the lobby. Very convenient. Thank you Karaksa

Large room, great for family with 1-2 kids

Comfortable stay, hollywood twin room is the typical small compact Japanese hotel room with only 1 such room per floor but it has a view of the road and the opposite office building. The ground floor offers free flow snacks from 1400hrs and free flow drinks from 1000hrs.

All is perfect! Only one thing, the TV station are all local channel (no english channel or youtube) 🙂‍↕️

Great location with walking distance to Tokyo Station. We picked this hotel because it has connecting rooms that fit perfectly for our group with 4 adults and 2 kids. They have an open drinking compliments from 10 am to 10 pm. Our kids loved the soft drinks 😄. Everything was good for us. Great service by hotel staff on transferring our luggages to the next hotel.

Near Tokyo station. Room is not too small. There is a separate room with clean facilities and free beverages on the 1st floor beside the lobby.

Fairly (very) good hotel, close to Tokyo Station, clean, good facilities & luxurious interior. High-end toilet / WC mode with electronic touch buttons on the wall / separate from the body closet. There is a USB 5 V for charging the cellphone above sleep, so no need for a charger anymore. For smokers, smoking rooms are available on the 4th & 9th floor. Anyway ... Kōhinshitsu .... aka Excellent

Best location if you come from Narita airport by bus (Tokyo Shuttle) because you can walk here within 3 minutes as well as from hotel to Tokyo station. The room is compact but have many amenities. At the first floor there is a drinking bar and dining area for free.

It was very pleased to stay at Karaksa Hotel Tokyo. The location nearby the Tokyo Station and also nearby good restaurants. The hotel give the best facilities such as sleepwear, complete bath equipments and high technology toilet. First time I use shampoo from the hotel and made my hair so silky! It was never happen from others hotel shampoo! The body bath also very fragrance and I love it! I definitely will come back to stay at Karaksa Hotel! Thank you
