There is no drinking bottled water in the room. It is in a water dispenser outside the room, nearby the elevator, that you have to take it yourself. I have no idea if the dispenser water is new and clean. The reason given is to reduce plastic usage of bottled water. This makes staying in this hotel not so convenient as you have to go out to buy bottled water. The hotel can actually prepare glass bottled water if plastic bottles are truly an issue, but I think it is just to reduce cost.

We stayed one night in the Caribbean on the third floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean, and tidy. It's not soundproof, but my room was at the end, making it comfortable. It's best to wait a little later at night to park near the hotel. Highly recommended for those who like to hang out at Center Point Mall.

The hotel is indeed good in terms of location and accessibility, but it's severely lacking in maintenance. The doors won't lock, and the toilets smell bad. It could be much better with proper maintenance. I've been a regular here, and keep up the good work!

I ordered a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, and I asked for two single beds but got one king bed. What a disappointment.

I stayed overnight, then someone else extended my stay without confirming it with the front office. Their understanding of consumer data protection laws is poor. Dangerous. I left my jacket behind, and when I asked for it again, the front office twice said it wasn't there, clearly reluctant.
