The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, big enough for a family of 4. It had a balcony with a nice scenery. The location is a stone's throw away from Awana Sky Station / Genting Highlands brand outlets, suitable for a short getaway.

Amazing view from the upper floors, friendly staff, superb ambiance, various activities available, but the breakfast food is basic. Free shuttle bus to gondola is also available every 15 minutes, so this is nice as well.

Everything was great except the staff. She didn’t inform us that we could get a special price for parking when we checked-in. And after we went out from the parking lot, we just found out later. Then when I came back to ask for the refund, the staff just said, “there’s nothing they can do”. Actually, we just needed to pay RM 5, but we paid RM 17. It’s not much, but just disappointed with the staff’s professionalism.

Good hotel... Spacious rooms... Good food... Shuttle ok... Minus location is a bit far from First World, 9km
