The room was very small, with a window, but the curtains weren't designed to be opened, preventing light from entering. There were no amenities like a toothbrush or toothpaste.

Strategic location, 100m to New Lane Night Market and 5 minutes to Yummy Cottage by foot

It's comfortable... if there are external difficulties, the hotel can help, like wanting to rent a car, or get information about attractions, that's fine.

Close to everywhere, car rental is also assisted.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to everything. The price is affordable, and I highly recommend a return stay. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked. I recommend adding a water dispenser on each floor.

The best hotel for family vacation.

The room didn't have a refrigerator, but the water pressure in the bathroom was very strong, making showering enjoyable.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of culinary areas around the hotel.

This hotel is located near by many food places and mini markets. It is very near to the new lane night market where you can get the best charcoal char kuey teow 🤤🤤🤤 and zim sum dimsum place. The room is small, has no fridge, non drinking water provided in the room but there is a water dispenser at the common area. Water pressure is greeaatt. Staffs are very friendly, check-in/out processes are easy.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a room with 2 single beds and was very disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress felt springy, the wallpaper was peeling, and the room was cramped. The weekend rate was double the price, which was simply not worth the amenities. I won't be returning!

The family type room is spacious, clean, and has an elevator. It's close to Macalister Hawker. Recommended if you're going to Penang. The bathroom is also clean.
