I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay, particularly my experience during breakfast. First of all, I would like to acknowledge that the breakfast itself was enjoyable—the taste and variety of the food were both very good and met my expectations. However, during this holiday period, the breakfast area became extremely crowded, which significantly affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, in such conditions, both guests and staff seemed to overlook basic courtesy and organization. I was assigned a table in what I believe was the least suitable location. The table was positioned too close to the food queue, and the space for movement was very limited. As a result, many guests passing by repeatedly bumped into my chair and even my table, often without any apology. This made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. I understand that high occupancy during holidays can be challenging, but I believe better space management and seating arrangements could greatly improve guest comfort. Clearer pathways and more thoughtful table placement would help prevent situations like this. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing enhancements in your service.
