Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. I got a deluxe room for 140,000 Rupiah for a two-night stay.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the lobby is hot like a sauna.

1. The bathroom door was broken and could only be opened from the inside. So the door was double-locked from the outside. To enter, you had to call a technician. 2. Towels had to be requested. They weren't prepared before guests entered the room. 3. The TV screen was blurry and the viewing angle was ruined. Because of this, I didn't stay there. I checked out about two hours after check-in. Even though I had just arrived from out of town, I had to turn back. The kids were tired and crying and had to go back.

The afternoon staff was very friendly when checking out. Service was also prompt. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance, and there's plenty of food nearby.

The hotel is close to entertainment venues like Losari Beach, approximately a 500m walk away. There are also plenty of food and street vendors. The hotel is budget-friendly, but still worth it for a family staycation.

The staff is friendly and quickly assists with any concerns. The food is quite good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's a bit dusty, so I often catch a cold, and my stay was quite long. Overall, it's excellent. I'll definitely stay again if I'm in Makassar.
