All the hotel staff were friendly, even the parking security was quick.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The sheets are yellowing, and many of the room amenities are inadequate.

Friendly staff, comfortable place right in the city center near Losari, just walk across the street, access to shopping is also close to the souvenir center and culinary food.

My two-night stay at the Aryaduta Makassar Hotel was truly memorable. I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to Losari Beach. The location is very strategic, in the center of Makassar, just a short walk to the beach, close to everything, the 99 Dome Mosque, culinary centers, the gold shopping center (Somba Opu), and very close to CPI (Center Point of Indonesia) Makassar. The view from my room was very impressive because the room I chose had a beach view, so the 99 Dome Mosque and Losari Beach were clearly visible. Although this hotel is not new, I admire its cleanliness because it is always maintained, especially the rooms. The entire hotel staff was very friendly from the front desk to room service. Thank you to the Aryaduta Makassar Hotel for giving me a pleasant impression during my stay in Makassar.

Old hotel with poor maintenance. This is not 5 stars hotel anymore. It's 2 stars hotel.

The room is cool, classic style, very clean, and homey... The old-fashioned type of hotel that uses carpet, very nostalgic.

You can directly see the 99 dome mosque, the front is full of culinary places, the staff are friendly and alert, the lobby is spacious, there are welcome drinks, souvenir stalls, live music cafes, restaurants with delicious food, hallways and rooms equipped with thick and clean blue carpets, quiet, comfortable with soft mattresses and pillows, the room is quite spacious with a sweet white and blue nuance 😍👍, the bathroom has a bathtub and is quite spacious with complete toiletries

Staying at the Aryaduta Hotel is good, but there are many conditions in the rooms and bathrooms, the bathroom door cannot be locked so that the management can fix it to make it better.

I love staying here. I've stayed at several hotels with swimming pools, but I think the Aryaduta Hotel's pool is the best so far.

- The only friendly people were the bellboy, security guard, and restaurant staff. - The room wasn't very clean, the carpet was dirty, and it lacked maintenance. - We weren't allowed to borrow an iron, even though we were staying in a club suite. After a complaint, we were allowed to use it, but with the condition that it had to be returned immediately. This was a hassle for me, as I was staying for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a hassle to keep borrowing it. I ended up buying my own iron at Gelael. - The room view was great, facing the sea and the mosque. - The minibar was refilled daily. - On the last day, the bathroom light nearly fell out. Luckily, we were safe. It was above the toilet. - There was a welcome letter, but it had another guest's name on it. Housekeeping probably forgot to throw it away or misplaced it. - There were yellow and cream stains on the bedsheets.

Alhamdulillah, thank you for the service from the receptionist. I ordered a city view room and was upgraded to a sea view. The view is fresh. The food is varied. The swimming pool is fresh. My husband loves the coffee at the cafe, it tastes good, he gets a discount for staying, and is treated to singing with piano tinkling. He likes it when Sundays have turmeric and tamarind jamu and galangal. The hotel exit is near the famous Sate Saga and the queue is long, so you have to use a number. Parking is next to the hotel, safe and guarded by security guards, maybe it needs asphalt or neat concrete. Anyway, thank you, my 5 days 4 nights stay was very memorable. Suggestions for the gym room need to be modified and moved to the 1st floor, so that the hotel will be even more booming. Thank you

The restaurant staff was less than responsive. When our table was empty, they just looked at us, and when I asked for new ones, they gave me some. Some of the food looked stale, as it was a little slimy, but the staff said it was fresh (the muesli in question).

The thing I like most is the friendliness of the staff, especially the security and bellboys, as well as the restaurant staff too.
