My stay at the Sahid Surabaya Hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was quite strategic. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again.

The location is strategic, close to the mall and train station. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The minifridge is also a plus for the 200,000 rupiah price tag.

Overall, the service was good. Friendly and very helpful. The location is strategic. However, the breakfast food was terrible. The taste was terrible. The quantity was too small. By 8:00, many of the dishes were empty and not refilled.

It's highly recommended because it's close to everything. If you're hungry, you can walk or take a Go-Jek. It's also close to Plaza Surabaya. If you want to take the train, it's close to the station.

I only stayed for a few hours while waiting for a train. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and tidy. However, everything needs updating. Perhaps, for a rate of around 200,000 Rupiah, the facilities and price could be upgraded. It would make things more comfortable.

This was our umpteenth time staying here and it was very enjoyable. Although the building and room interior are old, they are still well-maintained. It's definitely worth it...highly recommended.👍🤌🏻

I was very pleased with the clean room, easy access to everything, cool AC, tea and coffee in the minibar, electric kettle, refrigerator, clean toilet, always cleaned room, fresh towels every day. The staff was friendly, and there was plenty of food available. The best, comfortable and at home. I'll come again soon.

Stayed 2 nights, friendly and efficient staff, clean room, clean towels, toothbrush, soap, minibar, refrigerator, TV, comfortable toilet, cold AC pool. The room was always cleaned after returning home. Got a room with a view that can see the city, such as the Submarine Monument and tall buildings. At night the building lights make you happy and vehicles look like miniatures at night. Finding food is easy, just walk to the mall, mall, museum. You can buy snacks, souvenirs at Gubeng station. You can take the train everywhere. Very fun. Want to go to Tunjungan, Atum, Trans Icon to play snow, ski, etc. close by is also fun. Thank you very much ... next time we come again.

The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and calm. She wore a black and white uniform, like an intern, but her complaint handling was professional.

Close to everything, including malls, and especially Gubeng Stadium. No need for a taxi; just walk along Jalan Gubeng Lama.

Breakfast was less than professional. Guests had to wait a long time for refills, and the menu was sparse and lacking in variety.

The sheets were dirty, the towels were torn. The toilet took a long time to flush. The reception was unfriendly. The rest of the service was good and friendly, especially the restaurant and the staff or admin at breakfast. The food was delicious. That's it. This is my honest review.

The room was fully furnished. Clean towels, a refrigerator, slippers, 2 bars of soap, 2 toothbrushes, and shampoo. Luckily, there was a refrigerator, as I brought medicine from the hospital, which was helpful. I stayed overnight for a check-up at Soetomo Hospital. My son enjoyed staying here. If I go to Surabaya again, I'd like to stay here again. I got room 5020, but please pay more attention to the bedsheet, as it had stains and a few tears, and the springs on the bed (the one near the wall) were squeaky, and there's no Wi-Fi in this room 😞

I give it 5 stars, that's all.

The hotel feels dated. The room floors and furniture are dusty. The hot water doesn't work. But it's very close to Gubeng Station 👍🏽…important for travelers taking KAI.

It's cheap, and it's perfectly fine in the city center for that price. However, if you get a room with a train view, it's really lacking, and the room doesn't smell good or look clean.
