Clean and nice staff

Really nice clean and chic hotel very close to railway and all other transport and shops. Staff spoke good English and were very kind. Restaurant food very impressive. Recommended!

By far the best option for Burgdorf.

Always a fabulous stay at the Berchtold. Super covenient to public transportation, clean, nice rooms, great staff, and great food. If you are there at the holiday season, try to get a reservation in to the Raclette chalet as early as possible since it books up really quickly! The Berchtold is our go-to hotel any time we are in Burgdorf or the Bern region.

We just stay for 1 night, room is big and clean, staff are nice and helpful, breakfast are good too, like the area outside have a drink, just 2 things not convenient as the plug in the room didn’t fit my adaptor so I cannot charge my phone, also after shower, water on the floor as the glass not big enough to cover the whole bathtub. Overall is good

Nice hotel with 0lenty of amenities and infrastructure. Near the train station you are easily connected to Bern and the region.

This hotel has a modern and trendy feel. The room we had was very spacious with large windows giving a very airy and pleasant appearance. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting the town - everything is within walking distance. The train station is also very close.

In the quiet town of Burgdorf. 100m from the station with 15 min trains to Bern. Secure parking. No Air-condition but opening windows on upper floors gives good air circulation. Hotel clean and modern with good continental breakfast and evening bar / restaurant best in town.

everything you need is here, staffs are friendly and helpful all the time. the bar is great with Guinness

Hotel is a reasonable 3.5 star hotel in this Swiss town. Breakfast was ordinary, basic European

Fas Uimmer war sauber, aber unbequem, auf der Schreibtiscjtjeke stand ein TV, kein Stuhl uim daran zu sitzenen, sondern ein Sessel. Badezimmer, es fehlte ein beleuchter Rasier-/Schminkspiegel, keine Abblage für Beauticase. Bedienung überlastet, jedoch sehr freundlich und guter Service auch an der Bar. Super bestuhlte Freiluft Terrasse vor dem Speisesaal. Kein ygrund um nicht Wiederzukommen. Personal sei überall rar😅

L’accès au parking est surprenant grâce au monte-charge, mais très pratique, l’hôtel est impeccable, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, et Burgdorf est une très belle ville. Je recommande !
