We stayed in a Seaview room. The views were fantastic. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. Andrew the owner is brilliant. He is so friendly and .makes you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The team he has are all so helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally situated in a perfect place. Close to all amenities including rail station, but also in a quiet spot. We will be back soon.

Andrew could not have been more welcoming. Having the photos of every room was very useful. You can see exactly what the room is like. The breakfast was comprehensive and individually cooked. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location on the prom too.

It was a last minute booking,but had a large seaview room.everything was very nice, ourside freshly paint and potted plants looked lovely. Andrew was extremely helpful. Breakfast was first clas,a wide choice & the muffin with scrabled egg & smoked salmon was pleastant surprise & exceptionally well cooked. Plenty of coat hangs in wardrobe .had a 3 night stop & wouldnt hesitare to stay again Highly reccomend

I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!

We loved it, we came out and the beach was right there. The town was so close by aswell. The host was honestly lovely and we would love to stay here again.

Very clean room, really comfy beds and pillows. We were right on the promenade and it was a very short walk to the theatre. Andrew is a friendly and attentive host. We had a lovely stay 🙂

Andrew is an excellent host and we received a warm welcome. The hotel is right on the seafront and perfect for shopping, restaurants etc. will definitely return.

Andrew and his staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfasts were really tasty and a good selection of things. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Llandudno

Andrew’s such a lovely, friendly guy and he is supported magnificently by his team They all work so hard to make the whole experience feel like home from home in beautiful Llandudno, which, from my childhood days, remains one of my favourite places on earth. We shall return 👌

Ideally located near the beach where all the action is located. We were here to visit family in the area and were in the back apartment. Andrew was very helpful.
