I stayed in Room 10 with my daughter - we were going to Latitude Festival on Saturday and stayed Fri and Sat night. Self check in easy - you get a text on the day with your keycode. Nice comfortable room and lovely sea breeze coming in through the window. Parking simple and free on the road plus loading spaces for you to drop off your luggage if you can't get parked right outside. Will come again for festival next year. Town itself a little run down, lots of places preferring cash only. Ate at a Nice Wetherspoons just a 6 min drive away. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Very helpful and responsive host Beautiful well appointed room with en-suite in first floor, Wonderful views over seafront Used nearby pay and display parking due to arrival times and limited on road parking but was safe carpark reasonable pricing within view of our room Would definitely book again

Nice room lovely sea view nice hospitality tray,ideal location.

I have just had an excellent two-day stay here. My room was incredibly clean, modern and had everything I needed, even USB sockets for charging my phone. Incredibly easy to check in too. Would not hesitate in coming back should the need arise. Thank you Nicki and team. Love Jayne xx

Our beach view room was unavailable. We were goven a superior room on ground floor. It was lovely.

Beach view was great and free parking on the street was easy and we got parked right outside the hotel, there were 2 payable car parks very close by also

As it was March, there wasn't any problem finding parking. However, as the year goes on, this will be harder to find and might end up paying for parking. This is the same for all of these small hotels. Bedroom floor boards and doors were very noisy. Room was good, nothing special but not poor either. Plenty of local shops and so close to the beach and Claremont Pier.
