Great hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing giving us lots of tips and recommendations regarding the local area and even the history of particular events and buildings.

Staff is friendly, rooms are nice, it's a perfect location!

Property is well-located, clean and comfortable. There is no air-conditioning however, for warm nights. The property is old and in need of modernisation.

Clean comfortable and close to everything

Clean, spacious, lots of convenient storage for a longer stay. Updated, old school hotel that kept much of the charm. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Excellent breakfast buffet but didn’t find many friendly dining options nearby for other meals and location felt a bit further out than we were used to staying, but still very convenient to public transportation. Our room had a tub and spray shower, but nothing to hang the sprayer on, so difficult to take a stand-up shower. Even so, would stay here again.

An excellent place to stay. Close to train station as well as main tourist attractions. The hotel was spotless and comfortable and staff helpful.

The hotel is right in the old town and 5 mins walking from the train and bus stations. It is clean and the room is spacious. It is easy to walk to the attractions and steps away from shops and restaurants.

Superb! Combines the modernity of most chains (it isnt in one) with a degree of German charm. Reception staff OUTSTANDING. 7 mins level walk from the station. Very good breakfast WITH PROSECCO OPTION! My only gripe would be the need for bottom sheet to be well tucked in even when against a wall (and the universal problem of slippery shower floor).
