The room was cool, comfortable, and met my booking request on the app. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had delicious food with a wide variety of options, including Western and local dishes. I'll stay here again next time, as my kids loved it. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the rooftop terrace because it was closed for a wedding.

In room 706, the cold water flow in the bathroom shower was much slower than the hot water flow, resulting in a small flow of warm water. I contacted a technician, who said there was a problem with the pump. By the time I checked out, the problem hadn't been resolved.

The hotel was really nice. But we couldn't swim the other day because of an anniversary celebration. Hopefully, we can go there again sometime and swim.

Awesome hotel in Malang, East Java!! We've stayed at The 1O1 Hotel OJ a couple of times and have never failed! Staff are all friendly and respectful to guests. Rooms are clean, quiet and with great mountain views. The hotel has a fitness centre and swimming pool as well.

All nice, good. I was just disappointed when I was about to check out. My husband ordered coffee, fried cassava, and fried bananas at the restaurant. The waitress who served me was a bit inattentive, so the order took a long time to be delivered to the wrong room, even though my husband had asked to eat it at the restaurant. The waitress also seemed distrustful when my husband ordered, apparently underestimating the price.
