Sorry, Amaris, but I'm really disappointed. The room key wouldn't work, so every time I entered the room I had to call the concierge. Luckily, the concierge was nice. Not only that, but the shower faucet didn't work either. It was very difficult to open and I had to call the concierge. 🥲
