Experience of staying 5 nights at Amaris Sunset Road: 1. Easy check-in/out process. 2. The staff are also friendly, when asked for help immediately alert. 3. For cleanliness in front of the room please pay attention, it seems the room needs to be repaired because the paint is peeling. I also got a torn doormat, please improve the quality. 3. The breakfast menu is quite varied for a budget hotel. 4. The hotel location is quite strategic near Kuta/Seminyak.

We had a wonderful stay! Arimbawa was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He was always approachable and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is also strategically located, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is standard and tasty. Unfortunately, the rooms need some improvement in cleanliness. Hopefully, this will be addressed in the future.

Please improve the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. After a few hours in the room, there was another cockroach, and I was eventually moved to another room. The staff and service were good and responsive.

Sorry, Amaris, but I'm really disappointed. The room key wouldn't work, so every time I entered the room I had to call the concierge. Luckily, the concierge was nice. Not only that, but the shower faucet didn't work either. It was very difficult to open and I had to call the concierge. 🥲

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the hallway to the second floor was very poor. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant, damp smell, as if it had never been occupied. The room was small, and the window was very small. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to cleanliness in the future.
