The front desk associate who assisted me during check-in was truly one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been helped by her. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name because I was rushing to prepare the room for a surprise birthday celebration, so everything was a bit hectic at the time. Despite the rush, she made my entire check-in experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Many people do not realize how much front desk agents handle on a daily basis, yet she still provided exceptional customer service and made me feel genuinely welcomed to the hotel. I plan to stop by again and give her a small token of appreciation because she truly deserves recognition for how wonderful she was. Kudos to her for doing such an amazing job Dusit Beach Resort is very lucky to have someone like her on their team.

Overall we had a good stay. We came right after a typhoon but you can tell the staff did their best to get everything running as best they could.

The staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out it was a breeze. The only issue I had really was the electric water pot in the room was not working even after being replaced twice. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck (because the apparatus was old). Both issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The hallway was musty smelling but I chocked that up to being from the hurricane they just experienced.

Fast elevators. Beach, pools, restaurants, shopping in the motel and area were the best! Will stay here again

The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh!

The amenities was great! We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. However, we kept hearing the elevator go up and down from our room and also it was difficult to drain the water in the tub.

Very clean and relaxing environment! high quality customer service, ocean view is fantastic, walking to Tumon beach and easy access to all pools including dusit Thani’s! Breakfast buffet is amazing!

The location in central Tumon is perfect, with plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The pool is beautiful, and the beach right in front makes it even better. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptional—thank you for the early check-in and the late check-out at 50% off. The lobby also stood out, with its lovely fragrance and luxurious atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a relaxing tropical feel. The ocean view made the stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: four bottles of water provided daily, plus a hallway water dispenser, so I never needed to buy water. The buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of internationally inspired dishes. The seafood was a highlight, especially the tuna—I went back for it several times. Traveling alone, I especially appreciated the restaurant manager who kindly took the time to chat with me while I dined, which made the experience more enjoyable. The hotel app was very convenient—I could chat with staff, request housekeeping (always done while I was out), and receive discounts at the restaurants. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my next visit as soon as I got home. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Very nice property but in my opinion the food and beverage were over priced. The exterior chairs and cushions were dirty the beach vendors annoying.

The room was spacious and spotless. The ocean view was amazing. And on duty manager of the hotel was so nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Great hotel. First room had very little beach view after paying for ocean view room. Brought to attention of front desk and they allowed us to move. Much improved! Housekeeping was outstanding!

Everything about Dusit beach resort Guam was stunning🔥

We arrived shortly after 3 PM and the room wasn't ready until 3:45. So they made us wait and only offered soft drinks and food. Would have preferred a cocktail.

Room was clean, the staff was nice, the beach was beautiful, the pool was well maintained, the spa was very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. It was well located close to lots of shops to walk to and the free parking was a bonus for the few times we wanted to explore a little further away.

The room was in bad condition, the shower door didn’t sit correctly so the door didn’t shut all the way. The fridge had a leak, the drinks was cold but there was a leak constantly under the fridge. The TVs weren’t working properly when we entered and the window shutter in the dinning room didn’t work for opening nor shutting. The price for the room was too much for the issues in the room and wasn’t worth it.
