Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys.

This hotel is well-placed next to the beach and the water park.< The staff makes a great effort. They cannot be blamed for the fact that the hotel is in serious need of repairs, surface jobs, paint. Seems like the maintenance has been totally neglected. The room (biggest one they said) was too small for Northern clients. It also smelled of mold and you could see humidity damage. I did not have breakfast but those who did said not worth the price. One night was enough instead of six. Note to the management: Your business is on its way out.

Good lication if taking heli trip from St Pierre. Good pool and next to water park.

Bruit le matin près de la chambre

L'absence de mini frigo dans la chambre est gênante pour une famille. Le temps de gestion au bar Oasys est à revoir où on a l'impression qu'il manque du personnel. Attendre un quart d'heure pour des cocktails.. Mon fils a renversé son verre (5ans) je demande une serpillière impossible ! Dommage le cadre est bien mais il manque du personnel !! Ce n'est pas la faute des employés directement si ils n'ont pas le temps de s'occuper de tout le monde.

La chambre était impeccable, le personnel est accueillant. Le site est propre. À refaire

le plus vieux des hôtels du groupe exsel sur l'ile. un peu vieillot, petit déjeuner vraiment sans plus, mais le personnel est adorable. Rien à voir avec un exsel creolia par exemple. je recommande éventuellement pour les familles.
