Their edge is location inside the Mid Valley Mall. Other than that, it is a suitable business-class hotel without much to impress.

The hotel was very comfortable. It was a bit dated, and the rooms were a bit small. But it was clean and close to the Mid Valley mall. Coffee Bean and Oriental Kopi were open in the mall as early as 7 a.m. The Chicken Shop and Nyonya Colors restaurants opened at 8 a.m., making finding food very easy.

Location is superb! Just walk straight from Abdullah Hukum LRT link bridge to eco city all the way to The Gardens mall and finally to Mid Valley Cititel hotel in less than 10mins walk. Fast check-in and hassle-free express check-out. Superior room size is slightly small and may have a little issue for opening 2 luggage on the floor. Deluxe room size is bigger and just nice for 2 pax. Shower head water pressure is excellent, shower gel, handwash and shampoo are provided by default. Overall is an excellent hotel at this price range with strategic location near to LRT, KTM station, just a few stops away from the city center.

Conveniently located in Mid Valley. The parking area is very near but usually full. Spent much time shopping in the mall. The room is quite small but very cozy. Clean bathroom and soundproof.

It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.
