Stayed on May 22, 2026 in room 616. Check-in was around 10 PM. Entering the room, the room was very hot and dusty. Trying to think normally, maybe the room will cool down later. Waited 15 minutes, still not cool. Until finally called the receptionist. Only the second call was heeded, the engineering team came. The attached photo was taken at 11 PM when the engineering team just arrived. After being repaired, the AC still wasn't cold. The engineering team promised it would cool down in 20 minutes, but after 30 minutes the AC was still hot. Then we ordered an extra bed. We were asked to pay downstairs. We asked if we couldn't bring the EDC machine upstairs, the reason being that no one was guarding it. Poor the guest!! Finally we went downstairs while following up on our room. Assisted by Mr. Nobi. I asked how long it would take us to get a room confirmation, he answered 10 minutes because we had to confirm with management. After that we were offered a room change but a smoking room, helloooooo! None of us smoke! And in the middle of the follow-up, Mr. Nobi walked out, leaving us in the care of DW's son. Does Pakons train its staff to avoid complaints? Poor hotel!
