I stayed at the hotel while dealing with a difficult and sensitive family situation and specifically requested a quiet room. On the second night, a loud party in the hotel made the room extremely noisy. I asked to be moved, but was told the hotel was fully booked. A few minutes later, a single room suddenly became available. At checkout the next day, there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever — it was as if nothing had happened. I would not stay here again.

Good, comfortable place to stay within walking distance of the old town. Good food too,

Handy for the train station and the town centre. Hotel generally, and room specifically, very clean and comfortable. Room ready well before check in time. Breakfast not starting until 7am is later than many hotels and meant having to miss it.

Reasonably priced. Near anything one might need.

Good facilities and always clean. Staff friendly and helpful when we checked in. Location perfect walking distance for Old Town and Stadium. Lots of playgrounds in walking distance for the kids

Nice breakfast included. Good location for football stadia. Staff ultra friendly and helpful. Would prefer firmer pillows and more of them. Also there were bugs around in the apartment(no windows that open) which in October in Poland I wouldn’t expect so may need deeper cleaning but overall happy with hotel.

Fabulous modern stylish hotel. Easy walk into old town or to station. Great value for money

All perfect. Sauna, good breakfast, cheap parking on the street outside (hotel parking is small and usually very busy) Big room and comfortable bed.
