This property felt more like a hostel than a traditional hotel. Upon arrival, the staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a positive first impression. The room itself was clean, but there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues. The towels had yellow stains, the curtains were stained, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray throughout the bathroom. The shampoo and toiletries also appeared to have been left behind by previous guests, as they were partially used rather than newly provided. We only needed a place to stay for one night, and the location was convenient with a very affordable price. However, the room did not match the photos shown online, which was disappointing. This property may be a good fit for younger travelers or those looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep. It simply wasn’t the type of hotel experience we prefer. In the end, it served its purpose for one night, and the price reflected the overall experience.

Staff were excellent and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. They were super knowledgeable about the complicated parking in the area. Amenities were clean and the AC worked great. Highly recommend for solo or duo travellers who don’t need all the bells and whistles of a big-name hotel.

The location was a perfect spot, ensure to read the description fully. Staff were excellent and very responsive.

Air conditioning effective. Walking, bus and subway all nearby.

Every hotel was booked up this weekend so my partner and I were lucky that there was a cancellation and room available here! (We had to cancel our previous reservation because it was filthy!) The staff was great and we were so happy to stay in a clean room with everything we needed including a fridge, microwave and terrace! We will be coming back! Thanks from Toronto!

Nice, cheap accomodations. Rooms are private, but bathrooms are shared. Staff was very nice. Clean and close to lots of interesting locations and the metro.

It's a nice quiet place. Don't expect luxury, but the room was cozy. The location is great, 20 minutes away from downtown. The highlight of my stay there was the staff, SUPER nice people. I had a problem with another hotel and I had to to book a new room last minute with a place that didn't require a credit card and they were happy to help me. I already know where I'm staying on my next visit to Montréal.

There was no one on site to check in. It was a Herculean task to even enter the property.

From 8 hours away came for LASSO 2025 needed last minute hotel and (min) the lady was very helpful and accommodating will 100% use this hotel again Nice little small place Rooms are small- average size Has a shared common area Close to lots of things and foods and right by the six flags island beautiful experience overall

As a non French speaking tourist in Montreal I was welcomed warmly by kind staff who speak both English and French with a very lovely and cozy building that has a great selection of rooms including some that are great if you are on a budget. Hotel Mini is definitely a place that I recommend for anyone staying a few nights in the area. Also I forgot to mention the location of the establishment probably couldn’t get any better
