I had a lovely stay at the carpenters arms. The room had everything I needed and was comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and a fab bath. I had dinner and breakfast as part of my stay. Dinner was delicious with a good variety of options. Dessert was yummy too. Breakfast was a two course affair with local produce - the best orange juice I've had in some time! I'd definitely visit again.

The hotel is very quiet and in a beautiful location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pub side of the Inn has a great selection of drinks and is very cosy. Breakfast is prepared to order and fantastic

A lovely pub with comfy rooms, the room did look bigger in the photo or it may just be my eyes. I think the evening meal is slightly over priced. Steak, chips and salad £25 and Over cooked, I guess we can all make mistakes. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and all very professional. A lovely atmosphere.

I have stayed in plenty of Inns like this over the years, but the service here was better than most, the food was exceptional and the bed was super comfy. Considering the price, it was actually exceptional value as well.
