I tried two rooms for 4 people and one for 3 people. The 3-person room was fine, but the 4-person room had a bit of a cooling AC, perhaps because it was near the bathroom and the room was too spacious. Overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean, with a peaceful atmosphere. The location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but cars can still enter and there is enough parking. I booked a Deluxe Triple Room, the room facilities are quite complete, the bathroom is clean, hot water runs, there is an electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, amenities, TV and Wi-Fi is smooth. You can borrow a hair dryer and iron too. There is a swimming pool, but if you bring a toddler, you must be closely supervised. The downside is that the room smells a bit damp and the AC is not cold enough. However, the hotel staff is responsive, friendly, and has been very helpful, even providing an automatic air freshener and calling an AC technician. Even though the AC is still not cold enough, the hotel is still cooperative and provides complementary snacks. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay here.

The hotel staff is friendly and allows late check out until 12:30 PM. There is no room phone provided, but communication via WhatsApp is responded to quickly and friendly (such as requests for additional tissues, borrowing a hair dryer, iron, etc.).
