The hotel is relatively new, but it's poorly maintained. The receptionist didn't inform us whether the rooms were smoking or non-smoking. So, those who dislike the smell of cigarette smoke will definitely complain. The pool is poorly maintained. The price is standard. Even though there's no breakfast, cleanliness should be sufficient. Unfortunately, this hotel needs new, fresh management.

Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily, good hotel service, clean hotel area, water gallons provided on every floor, and daily refills of all amenities. Very good.

The hotel staff was very helpful, staying here for over two weeks and still feeling comfortable. Not all hotels in Lombok have daily room cleaning, but at Same Hotel Lombok, they do. They also try to accommodate other requests for guest comfort. Good job, Same Hotel. I'll be back, or at another Same Hotel in another city.

Dear SAME Hotel Management, We stayed at your hotel on 10–11 November 2025 (6 rooms, 11 guests, breakfast included). We found your property on Traveloka and decided to try it for our casual nonprofit retreat. Our team held quiet meetings at the poolside and lobby, bringing only laptops and papers. We already confirmed whether it was okay before checking in. We met outside during daylight to save energy instead of staying in separate rooms. There were no other guests around, and we made sure not to disturb anyone. However, a hotel employee from operations suddenly approached us rudely, asking where we were from and whether we were students, and told our cofounder, “Sini ikut saya” (“Come with me”) in a disrespectful tone. We were treated as if we were not paying guests, which insulted our cofounder. While we may not have been dressed in formal suits or professional attire that morning, as it was early and our retreat was informal, this should not have been a reason to underestimate or mistreat us as paying guests. After a heated discussion, we decided to have our meeting elsewhere and checked out early around 8:45 a.m. This incident ruined our planned retreat program and caused both tangible and intangible losses, affecting the atmosphere and flow of our event. We planned to stay until noon to have some recreational time, but this was not possible. Our foundation is a local nonprofit working on education, child marriage prevention, and environmental issues. Our members are professionals and students who behaved respectfully throughout. We have stayed in many hotels across Indonesia and abroad but have never experienced such treatment. We kindly request the management to investigate the incident, improve staff hospitality training, and issue an apology. Thank you for your attention.

I checked in at midnight, but the reception and check-in service were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location is also strategic, not too far from the beach.

The front desk staff lacked room knowledge and couldn't even bring breakfast snacks to the room. This hotel's policies seemed rigid, a rare sight to see. The rooms were nice, but there was a constant sound like something banging on the walls, whether it was from tikis or someone.
