The hotel is very close to Bandung Station, Kartika Sari, and just a short walk to lontong gulai kari. Overall, it's comfortable, with plenty of dining options. The hotel is also clean.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always have to stay at Hotel Guntur for one day, because the rooms are really big, have their own walking closet, a sofa that can be used too, and it's close to the station and you can even walk there.

Worth going back... Hotel Guntur became a home to me in Bandung

This was my first time trying this hotel with my 2-year-old child and her grandparents. Upon arrival, the receptionist offered to help with luggage, and two people truly helped. Upon arrival, the room was very clean and smelled great, and the hot water worked immediately. The pool was also comfortable and clean. The room was soundproofed, even though it was located on a major highway, with only the occasional train passing by, which my child enjoyed. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

There was only one disappointment.. on the day I came, the food wasn't all you can eat, the food was delivered directly to the room, only yellow rice with chicken, fruit juice, cut fruit, 1 pudding. Even though I intended to add 1 portion of food for my child if he ate at the buffet, because in other people's reviews there were cereals for children too. Luckily I didn't add any..

Strategic location close to the station

The room is spacious, nice, but a little dusty and the bedsheets look like they've spilled something. But overall it's really okay. Highly recommended.

This is my 5th stay here. Just yesterday, it was a bit uncomfortable. The sofa was torn. They didn't provide a bath mat. The towels weren't clean. The pillowcases were torn. After complaining, they replaced the towels and provided a mat. It was uncomfortable. I already saw the condition from the start. I hope they can check before customers enter the room.

The location is on the side of the road, easy to find. Unfortunately, it's close to the station, so it's noisy, and the noise of motorbikes is a bit disturbing. The hotel is clean, but yesterday I found four holes in my pillowcase and the sheets were worn out. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the pool was clean. The staff were all friendly. Thank you.

The location is close to where”, but the room facilities seem to be not well maintained, the toilet doesn't work well, when you urinate it floods out, the faucet is broken and not checked/maintained properly…it's a shame that a hotel with a good location and comfort for guests is not well maintained, whereas if this hotel is well maintained, many people will look for it & it will be busy, please improve the facilities more
