The room and bed are spacious, but the bed sheets are torn. The bathroom is poorly cleaned, the shower is a bit difficult to turn on, and the hot water doesn't work. The room TV works, but it's not positioned in the center, making it uncomfortable to watch. The room mirror is also not positioned properly, so it's too close to look in the mirror. The general facilities are actually quite complete, there is a kitchen, ironing place, refrigerator, but they are poorly maintained and messy. The sink has traces of unwashed cutlery. The housekeeping is unprofessional.
