The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. The room is very good and clean. There are many food stores and also quite close to Grand Indonesia so it’s quite easy to travel.

The comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent. However, please change the check-in time to at least 12:30 or 1:00 PM, rather than 2:00 PM. It would be a shame if we were left stranded outside. Hopefully, the hotel will consider this. Thank you.
