From clean, fragrant rooms, clean water, cool air conditioning, and a very friendly staff who are always available when needed. Overall, it's great. Highly recommended. You won't regret it, and you'll be wanting to come back.

I arrived at 12:30 PM but was able to check in without any fuss. The staff immediately directed me to my reserved room. The room was clean and smelled great. The AC was cold and the water was clean. Cooking utensils were also very complete. Overall, it was a good stay and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Batu Karas. Highly recommended. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful vacation experience.

Highly recommended for those looking to stay around Batu Karas, as it's just a short walk to the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any needs. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The air conditioning is also very cool and the water is clean.

Everything is fine, good, and working. Just one thing, please add some freshener to the bathroom 😁

The room was okay, close to the beach and popular spots. There are bike rentals at the hotel. But unfortunately, other guests were noisy until midnight. The hotel didn't try to reprimand or inform them not to disturb the comfort of other guests.

A comfortable place to stay close to the beach, the downside is there's no hot water for bathing. Everything else is very comfortable.

It's also really fun, it's really close to the beach, even though there's no breakfast, the bed is big so it can fit a lot of people, order a deluxe one and it's nice, it also has a TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, sink, it's affordable, around 500 thousand, it can fit 4 people, the best part is there's a skateboard area, it's really fun and really close to the beach.

Loving my vacation at Batu Karas with these Bali vibes! They even have a skateboard area — super cool. Definitely coming back again!

Everywhere is close, near the beach but you can't hear the waves so it's comfortable

The hotel staff are very friendly, Aa Akrom, Teh Nung, Teh Elsa are all great, the facilities are good, the cleanliness is good, the distance from the hotel to the beach is that close, highly recommended 👍
